Jobs for the Future is a national nonprofit focused on advancing economic mobility through education, workforce development, and employer engagement.

I led marketing and communications efforts during a period of exponential growth at JFF that included the launch of their Center for AI & the Future of Work, Center for Racial Economic Equity (now Center for Population Studies), and Center for Economic Justice. Key activities included:

  • Orgwide Rebranding & Portfolio Brand Architecture

  • Website Redesign & Digital Marketing Transformation

  • Executive Thought Leadership & Media Relations

  • Events, Podcasts & Video Series

Developed coherent brand architecture and narrative to shape the story of an organization that offers a diverse set of offerings to various audiences, but a shared North Star of advancing economic mobility and job quality. Led 30-person team responsible for editorial services, design, marketing, project management, and digital campaigns. Increased digital engagement by nearly 50% following the implementation of Hubspot marketing suite.

Exceeded event registration goals for 2,000+ person annual summit, Horizons. Launched podcast and video series that received hundreds of thousands of downloads and millions of views respectively. Secured top-tier media placements in national and business publications, including Forbes, Marketplace, Fortune, Fast Company, The New York Times, The Boston Globe, and more. Brand launch video series recognized by Ragan Communications Awards for “Best Nonprofit” video series.
